Campus Overview

Cornerstone Christian Academy for Learning and Leadership, a Christian education pioneer in SW Washington. Our Vancouver campus is located at 10818 NE 117th Ave., Vancouver, WA. The campus serves Early Childhood Education (ages 1–5 years), K–4th grades, and before and after school programs.

We promise to provide a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment. Highly qualified, biblically grounded teachers will stimulate and inspire the spiritual, academic, and physical development of all our students.

Our small Vancouver campus allows all students to be known by all staff members. The Vancouver Campus is a close knit family of students and staff.

Special Academic Programs Offered

Music & Band

Each elementary class participates in a general music class. In this class, students learn musical concepts through various musical activities and also prepare for two concerts per year, in which the elementary students sing in a choral group.

Digital Art and Technology

CCA’s Digital Art and Technology classes are designed to allow students to discover the baseline knowledge of technology applications and the type of artist they are currently and aspire to become. We specifically blend technology into aspects of our creative journey. We display creations at two different art shows at Cornerstone Christian Academy.

School Activities Offered

Annual Jog-a-thon

Our annual Jog-A-Thon is a fun fitness activity for Pre-K through 4th graders and is our most important fundraiser of the year. Students set realistic lap goals based on age and development with all children reaching for their personal best distance.

Growing Godly Girls & Guys

Growing up godly is a tough proposition for girls & guys today. We are partnering with parents to help! Growing Godly Girls & Guys is an after-school program that has been created to discuss topics that are meaningful and timely in the lives of today’s young students.

See you at the Pole Prayer

See You at the Pole is an annual prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. See You at the Pole is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.

Sports Skill Camps

Building the foundation for athletic participation is critical for our young students who have a desire to learn more about sports and build their skills. Individual sport camps are held at varying times of the year and seek to build skills and enjoyment for athletic participation.

"We enrolled our son at Cornerstone Christian Academy mid-year, last year, after 5 years of homeschooling and since then it has been such a blessing for our family. From the very beginning, we saw God’s hand at work through the kindness of the students and the Christ-centered care of the staff.

In a world where truth seems to shift with every new trend, and core values are constantly being redefined, I wanted something different for my children something anchored. Society changes with the whims of the day, and too often, values are being spoken into our kids that don’t reflect what we as parents believe. Since my kids have been at Cornerstone Christian Academy, I’ve watched their light shine brighter and brighter. I had to pull my daughter out of what, on paper, seemed like a good public school in a good area. But I began to notice a shift—she went from joyful and full of life to withdrawn, dressing in dark colors, and carrying a heaviness that wasn’t who she was. I knew we needed to make a change.

After transferring her to Cornerstone, it didn’t happen overnight, but over time, her joy returned—her light came back on. And now, at 16 years old, she’s a leader among leaders, someone adults trust and look to for wisdom. I credit that transformation to God first, and to Cornerstone Christian Academy for reinforcing the same values we teach at home values rooted in Christ.

Cornerstone Christian Academy has been such a blessing to our family! Our oldest son started preschool in CCA’s ECE program back in 2021, and now—four years later—both of our kids attend, with our youngest just beginning kindergarten. We love how the school incorporates God and His Word into everything they teach. The teachers and staff truly care about each child and make learning such a positive experience. We’re so thankful to be part of the CCA family!

Our family began attending Cornerstone in 2023, two days a week for preschool. From the beginning, we knew we wanted our daughter to be in a Christ-centered school, and after meeting the wonderful teachers and directors, we felt confident that Cornerstone was the right place for her.

Since starting at Cornerstone, we’ve seen our daughter grow in so many ways—not only in height, confidence, and personality, but also in her faith. We’re constantly reminded at home of the rich education she’s receiving. She often recites Bible verses, shares the lessons she’s learned from Scripture, and reminds us, “We are Cornerstone Lions—we know how to listen!”

Cornerstone has been such a blessing to our family. It has brought new friendships for both Kelce and us, and it’s given us a deep sense of peace. In a world that can feel overwhelming, we are so grateful knowing she is receiving an education rooted in faith and love—from teachers who truly care about her and are helping her grow not just as a student, but as a child of God.

What I love about Cornerstone is they don’t waver. They don’t water down the gospel or apologize for the truth. They stand firm on biblical principles and teach from a place of conviction and love. If you’re looking for a “Christian” school in name only, this isn’t it. But if you want your kids to truly know God, to make Him known, and to have His light shine through them in every area of their lives—this is the place.

For our family, Cornerstone Christian Academy (CCA) has been an answer to prayer and amazing gift from God. As an educator who previously homeschooled my children, I care a lot about the quality of education and personalized care my children get. As a mother and Believer, I care that in all areas of learning they get to see and know God and His love for them.

To be honest, there was a time when I didn’t believe any school could provide my children those things (or at least not as well as I could). When our family went through an impossible trial and it was clear I had to refocus my time away from homeschooling, I was devastated… until I attended CCA’s back to school night and was able to see first hand how our priorities aligned. They were committed to accomplishing the same things I desired for my kids- AND SO MUCH MORE!

In the midst of a dark time, CCA was a light and a place of hope and blessing to our family. Now on the other side of the hard things, we still choose to be part of the CCA family because it has grown our children in academic excellence, personal growth and confidence, life-giving relationships, and above all, love for Jesus. It is not easy for our family (of 6) to “afford” sending our kids to CCA, but we know we can’t afford NOT to. There’s no greater place I would want to send my kids."

Application Process

ENROLL NEW STUDENTS

Kindergarten-4th grade

Choose the Create an Account button.

Fill out the form and choose the Create an Account button at the bottom of the form.

03.

Choose New Student Application Login button to log in to your new account and create an application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Once you submit the completed application, the school will be notified. They will import your information to the FACTS database, and you will be sent an email containing instructions on how to complete the second half of the enrollment process.
